A $9.95 return fee applies to standard returns. However, returns are completely free of charge for the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items: Products that arrive damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not function as intended.
- Incorrect items received: Products that differ from the items you ordered, including the wrong product, size, color, or model due to an error on our part.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, SHAPOURA will cover the return shipping costs, and no return fee will be charged.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
